2013	Christine Dalton	For services to Hallamshire Tennis Club, S&D LTA and to Yorkshire LTA over a period of 30 years. President of the SDLTA in 2001.
2014	Robert (Bob) Buxton	For services to Beauchief Tennis Club over a period of many years. S&D LTA President in 2011.
2015	Vicky Lowther	For services to Dore & Totley Tennis Club and a prime mover in helping the club's modernisation in the last 5 years. Well known throughout the S&D tennis fraternity for her bubbly personality.
2016	Josh Gledden	Coach at Abbeydale Tennis Club. Winner of many junior titles and has won the S&D singles title seven times in the last ten years.
